It is great to report that the 2020 Essex landscapes calendar from Compass Photography sold out! The slide show below shows the images selected for the calendar. A new development for 2020 is that the unused squares in each month’s appointments grid is filled with more images.

How do I get my calendar?
Calendars sold out before Christmas. Thanks to everyone who bought one. Will be planning the 2021 calendar shortly
Calendars cost £7.00 each. Postage and packing within the UK costs £1.50 each. Postage beyond the UK is charged at cost. Payment can be made by Paypal or bank transfer, cash or cheque (UK only)

Images included in the calendar
The 2020 Essex Landscapes Calendar first of all emphasises the yellow field of buttercups at Papermill Lock on the cover.
In the first quarter of the year there are main images from Hyde Hall, Woodham Ferrers and Maldon. Similarly, an April visit to Coggeshall is followed by the appropriately named canal boat “Mayfly” at Papermill Lock and a glorious June day at Audley End. Another glorious summer day is reflected in a colourful flower bed at Hyde Hall, followed by a sunny August image of the church at Terling.
A valley behind Rettendon church conveys the first autumnal image with the leaves turning, which is in contrast to the calming water born sunset from a boat trip on the River Mersea in October. A frosty day at Hyde Hall in November leads finally to a snowy orchard at South Woodham Ferrers.
