Wildflower landscapes owes its existence to the National Trust. The National Trust planted this field of red and yellow poppies at Crantock near Newquay in Cornwall.

This image came 11th out of 1374 entries in the Wildflower Landscapes competition. That makes it in the top 1% of the entries. Its such a classic scene. The colour of the poppies, the blue water and the coast on the other side of the inlet at Crantock look lovely. Use this link to look at the National Trust page.
